Each visit includes precise, gentle adjustments designed to help you progress safely and effectively toward your treatment goals.

First Visit- Consultation, Examination and First Treatment- R900

At your initial appointment, we’ll begin with a relaxed conversation to learn about your current concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and what has brought you to the practice.

This is followed by a thorough physical examination to assess how your body is functioning. These assessments allow us to build a clear picture of your overall health and help guide an accurate diagnosis.

If required, we may recommend X-ray imaging to further investigate the underlying cause of your symptoms and to ensure that chiropractic care is both safe and appropriate for you.

If it is appropriate, your first treatment may be provided at this visit. In some cases, further testing may be necessary or results may be inconclusive, meaning treatment may be delayed until it is safe and suitable to proceed.

Follow-Up Appointments- R700

At your follow-up visits, we’ll review and discuss any changes in your symptoms or progress. This allows us to adjust your care as needed before continuing with your next stage of treatment.

Alongside hands-on care, we’ll guide you on how to support your recovery outside the practice. All advice is tailored specifically to you and may include personalised stretching routines, targeted strengthening exercises, posture and movement guidance, lifestyle and dietary support, and practical pain management strategies.
